The LED light would not light up despite putting 3 AA batteries which were not included. The bottom that looks so puffy and comfortable in the picture is in fact deceiving. In reality it's super thin, and not comfortable at all! I regretted buying this. The box was very nice but when I opened and saw the inside, it's very disappointing. The item is composed of cheap plastic and it was dusty, inside the plastic there's styrofoam and the battery box which is not even placed properly. The led light feels like it's going to break anytime soon. And no, the light did not light up. Yes, I made sure to put in the 3AA batteries and made sure they were in the right position. What I realised is that inside the battery box, they forgot to put some of the metal plate for it to conduct the electricity. So yes, this is totally junk and I'm just gonna dump it in a dumpster. Not going to even bother using it or returning it. I suggest don't buy this item.
