I ordered this product on December 19th, and I paid a lot extra (more than half the price of the item) for expedited shipping (1-2 days) to get it by Christmas. The product arrived on December 28th. The company's only explanation was that the item takes longer to process and once it was processed it shipped in 1-2 days. The website needs to warn that "processing" might take longer than specified, even for in-stock items.
If I had not paid the extreme amount for shipping, I imagine I would have received the item the exact same time.
